The F200 Brings the Heat

Successful prints with high-temperature materials require more than just a high-temperature print head. The bed and chamber must get hot enough to control warp forces and shrinkage while printing.

Unlike consumer 3D printers, the F200’s bed and chamber reach temperature compatible with unadulterated ABS, ASA, and PC.

It is expertly engineered for continuous operation at these temperatures (pictured) with no degradation of mechanical components or performance.

Cooling Optimized for All Materials

Hobbyist 3D printers often feature part cooling that’s mounted on the tool head and auxiliary cooling placed elsewhere. While this setup works adequately for low-temperature materials like PLA, it results in hot and cold spots – causing warping – and insufficient cooling for high-temperature materials.

  • WhamBam  PEI-Coated Build Plate: Included with the Fusion3 F200 and features a durable and robust composition, is compatible with 90% of materials without the need for bed coating, and allows for easy removal of finished parts.
  • Magnetic Print Base: Features a high-strength WhamBam  magnetic surface rated for continuous operation at 140C without degradation.
  • Modular Bed Stack: Can be reconfigured to print materials that require glass surfaces using the correct coating.
  • Compatible with Bambu Lab X1/P1 Print Surfaces: The F200’s build plate is designed to be fully compatible with Bambu Lan X1/P1 series build plates, so you can easily integrate the F200 into your existing workflows.

Bed leveling is only half the battle. The first layer height needs to be right as well. That’s why F200 features a proprietary bed-level probe that works on any print surface and automatically calibrates the height of the first layer.
